Cricketer Sachin Tendulkar, who turned 39 on Tuesday, thanked his fans for their "best wishes and prayers".Thanks for best wishes and prayers for all over the year," the birthday boy told the media after a strenuous nets session at the Punjab Cricket Association (PCA) stadium here.
It was Tendulkar's first birthday after scaling the epic feat of scoring 100 international centuries.The senior batsman arrived here yesterday along with wife Anjali, ahead of tomorrow's Indian Premier League match between Mumbai Indians and Kings X1 Punjab.
