The only scorer of 100 international centuries, Sachin Tendulkar, met Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at Gano Bhavan at her invitation on Monday evening.Emerging from the meeting room, Sachin told journalists that it was “a great honour for me to meet the premier of Bangladesh”.
Mentioning Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina as a “cricket lover”, the Little Master said, “She likes cricket and follows cricket. As a premier, it is rare.” During the parley, younger sister of the premier Sheikh Rehana, son Sajeeb Wazed Joy and Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) President ANH Mostafa Kamal were among others present.
